MANAGE STRESS

Stress is a perfectly normal phenomenon that everybody experiences on a daily basis. The problems arise when it becomes greater than we can handle or is experienced over a long period. If we do not learn how to control or manage it we can become physically or emotionally unwell as a result.

According to the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) there are in excess of 13.5 million days of work lost every year in this country due to stress.
